Delivery and confirmation

After confirmed payment, a thank-you message and a Purchased gift tile confirm your digital gift in the selected fictional room. The room photograph does not change. Download your order confirmation from the purchase panel. If payment is pending, use Check payment before paying again. For help, use the Contact page and include the order reference.

Cancellations and faulty content

Where a statutory 14-day cancellation period applies, you may cancel during that period before digital delivery begins. For immediate delivery, we first obtain your express consent and acknowledgement that the applicable cancellation right is lost once delivery begins, and include that consent in your downloadable contract confirmation. Without valid consent, acknowledgement and confirmation, we do not treat immediate receipt or viewing as a waiver. Earlier purchases keep the terms recorded in their original confirmation. Rights to remedies for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed content and other mandatory rights in your country remain unaffected. This is not an all-sales-final policy. If your receipt identifies Sold through Link, its applicable purchase and refund terms also apply.

How to ask

Contact the operator using the correspondence details on the Contact page. Include the order reference, purchase date, item and your request. Do not send card numbers or chat transcripts. The public support response target will be confirmed before sales begin. Where the law requires an earlier action or refund deadline, that deadline applies. Refund arrival depends on the payment method and provider.

You can write: “I wish to cancel my VeteranVille purchase. Order reference: … Purchase date: … Item: … Name and reply email: … Date of request: …”. Following a full refund, the paid gift is removed. Free stories and conversations remain available.
