The experience

VeteranVille offers fictional stories and AI conversations for adults aged 18 or over. Characters, residences and images are invented. No real veteran is receiving a visit, treatment or money. The service is entertainment, not healthcare, therapy or an emergency service. Conversations and published chapters are free within usage limits.

AI companion chats may not be suitable for some users, including minors.

VeteranVille is not a charity and is not affiliated with any military or veterans organisation.

Digital purchases

Gifts are optional, one-time purchases of digital decorations for the chosen room. Digital greeting cards can also be downloaded. There is no physical delivery, donation, cash value or subscription. Purchases never affect a character’s health, affection or access to their story.

Check the character, item, currency and final total before confirming hosted Stripe checkout. Displayed item prices include any tax charged as part of that price. Billing information may be collected for payment and tax; it is not a delivery address. Applicable transaction-provider terms are displayed at checkout.

Before proceeding to Stripe, you must actively tick the unchecked box requesting immediate digital delivery and acknowledging loss of any applicable 14-day cancellation right once delivery begins. Delivery begins only after payment is confirmed. Your order confirmation records this consent, its time and wording together with these terms. Download and keep it from the purchase panel. Consent does not remove rights to remedies for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed content, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Use Restore purchases or the Contact page if you change devices or lose browser data.

Use and your rights

Do not share sensitive personal details or misuse the service. You can stop a conversation at any time. Maintenance or outages may interrupt availability. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. England and Wales law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. Contact us about any problem; the public support response target will be confirmed before sales begin.
